Bombay bliss

I'm not quite sure how it was that we managed to arrive at our apartment in Mumbai on Thursday night. Driving over an hour, our cab driver stopped in what looked like nowhere, and gestured for us to get out. We were at the train station we referenced as being "close to the apartment". At 11 at night.
"Sorry, it's actually B road Sadhana building".
Blank stares.
"What do we do?"
"Get out here I guess. Is this safe?"
"Umm. Sure?". Jakob sounded less than convinced.

A kind cab driver outside an expensive hotel drove us what ended up being around the other side of the block to our building.
"Shit, did we get an apartment number off them?!"
"Uhh, no".
With no cell phone or means of contact, we hoped for the best and stated the name of our host to security. He nodded, with another man appearing and walking off, leading the way.  Into the lift and up the stairs, we were greeted by Usha's welcoming face, and apologized for being frightfully late. After a 24 hour transit through 4 airports, we collapsed- thanking whichever Indian god got us where we needed to be.
